		Sad news for FL Kat Pack Members....the March Villages event has been canceled due to the health issues of Jim Warner, the organizer. Hopefully the event will be back next year. Get well Jim! On another note, some members have expressed their thoughts in having others stand up and organize an event for FL Kat Pack members. We will advertise that event if one is organized and the event info will be sent out to all through our email capabilities. So, if you have an event you would like to host, please let us know as soon as possible at: flkatpack@cfl.rr.com

	The Halifax Mopar Club and the resident FL Kat Packers would like to thank all that showed up for the 2008 Turkey Rod Run. There was a lot to see and old friends to meet and greet. The weekend turned out perfect with good weather and a huge turnout at the track as everyone there saw. There were 2 fantastic cruises to dinner on Friday and Saturday afternoons. We were sorry to see that some could not attend this year, but please put this event on your calendar for next year. You will not be dissapointed. Thanks again to the Halifax Mopar Club for obtaining the necessary club parking permits for the group and handling the monies for that endeavor.

		The Daytona Dream Cruise was a great success for the innaugural event. The event had more than 1500+ show cars, well above the estimated numbers by the event coordinators. Mark your calendar for next year now! The 2009 event will be held October 23-25th. We hope this coming year to have more participation than last with more things to do and more cruising around the area.

The Original Florida Kat Pack is a loosely organized group of Chrysler and Plymouth Prowler owners scattered throughout the State of Florida. We have no meetings or membership fees. However, we do individually plan and attend car shows and cruises that all owners can participate in.

Prowler owners are the nicest, most friendly people in any group or club of car owners. Check us out on our next outing! For future outings, go to our events page and you will see the planned events our members have arranged.

If you own a Prowler or intend on buying a Prowler in the future, please stop by occasionally and see what’s new on the site so you can join with us. You will not be sorry you did.
